Veggie Egg Bites

I make these egg bites every week super easy to have on hand for breakfast or a snack. Also we love to get in a ton of color in the morning!

Ingredients and Directions:

I honestly eye ball the recipe and how many eggs and vegetables - you can customize this anyway you’d like! I whisk in a large mixing bowl with salt and pepper. Then, I add chopped veggies (my go to is bell pepper, spinach, tomato, turkey bacon if I have, etc) then pour into muffin tin and bake at 350 for about 20 mins! Store in air tight container and enjoy!
